【Scriber section】
The section from scriber is clean. The section(side) is clear, small glass dust doesnʼt remain. We also do ultrasonic washing one by one, so each section can advance to the next process in a clean state.
【Dicing machine section】
The section from the dicing machine is rough. The section(side) is frosted, small glass dust remains on the surface.
