Washing

We use 14 tanks type automatic cleaning equipment for cleaning and drying lenses and filters.
By applying an ultrasonic wave vibration through water to remove dirt gently and then dry product with alcohol to evaporate moisture .

Vapor deposition

Coat the dielectric multilayer film on the lens or filter.
Apply the wavelengths in accordance with your specifications for transmittance or reflectance.
Set the film with heat or IAD(Ion-assist deposition) .
We can make sample product, as well as provide mass production processing as you need.

Cutting

We have developed automazation of our production since the esta blishment of our business which has improved our mass producttion capability.
This equipment produces a high quality scribe line on flat glass surfaces with a very hard blade and computer control.
